Cooks Secrets - A Review of Trader Joe's Sauerkraut - A Great Addition to Your Diet!

Trader Joe's Sauerkraut with Raw Cucumbers is an unconventional pickled vegetable recipe for pickled in vinegar. Although completely traditional in its formula, Trader Joe's Sauerkraut with Pickled Persian Cucumbers might just change your perception of sauerkraut forever.  trader joe's raw sauerkraut probiotics For starters, the cukes are the ones used to make Sauerkraut but the pickled vegetables used (cucumbers) are not what they used to be - soft, unappetizing, slimy, and generally unattractive. Fortunately, we are selling each 18-ounce bottle of Kosher-certified Sauerkraut with Pickled Persian Cucumbers as an incredible value. Not only will it give you that wonderful salty taste you are used to, you will also find that you can't wait to eat more of this great pickled vegetable product.

The difference between the traditional Sauerkraut with Cucumbers and Trader Joe's Sauerkraut with Raw Cucumbers is rich garlic and a hint of sweetness. This subtle sweetening is added to the traditional vinegar making process at the growing facilities where it is grown. The result is a vinegar with a unique flavor all its own. The pickled cucumbers are chosen specifically because they have a skin which can withstand the treatment which is necessary for fermenting purposes, the length of time required to bring the vinegar to its specific taste, and the duration of time allowed for the pickling process. All these factors play an important role in the flavor and quality of our Trader Joe's Sauerkraut with Raw Cucumbers products.

Due to the long fermentation process used to make Trader Joe's Sauerkraut with Cucumbers it is prone to contain a high level of vinegar. Although this is fine for most people, we found that our family loved the pickled flavor of their canned sauerkraut even though the flavor was a bit less than perfect. This is because the vinegar was added to the sauerkraut during the canning process, during the hot processing stage, which brought out more of the vinegar flavor than if we had left it out longer. Although it may be difficult to deal with, it is worth noting that most brands of Trader Joe's Sauerkraut have a high percentage of vinegar.

We tried a number of brands of sauerkraut and found that Trader Joe's had the best pickled persian cucumbers. The fermented red color of the cucumbers made for a delightful accompaniment to our fried chicken sandwiches. Our daughter adored the jar; she knew that it was a jar of "better than fresh" pickled cucumbers! Another daughter-in-law, who lives close by, couldn't believe her luck! This was one of the many reasons we loved Trader Joe's Sauerkraut so much!

In addition to having anti-inflammatory properties, the pickled persian cucumbers in Trader Joe's Sauerkraut helped reduce my daughter's inflammation, as well as the inflammation of her other gastrointestinal problems. My husband was skeptical at first, but she explained that the vinegar helped to neutralize the acid in his stomach. That sent him to the grocery store with his own bottle. After only a few days, he noticed that our inflammation was significantly less, which made it much easier for her to get through her day. If you are suffering from inflammation or gastrointestinal pain, it can be helpful to drink a pickled vegetable to reduce it.

Because I was trying to lose weight, I didn't think it was necessary to pickle my vegetables. However, the pickled vegetable tasted very much like vinegar, which for me is a huge turn off. In order to resolve this dilemma, we did buy Trader Joe's Sautage benefit pack, which have no additives, high fructose corn syrup, no high sodium, no hydrogenated oils, no artificial flavors, and no coloring. It is primarily a combination of fruits and vegetables in a brine solution, which helps the fruit and vegetables to ferment to produce a bouquet of flavor-packed pickled vegetables.

For our Trader Joe's soups and chicken burgers, we served four separate portions, with each one containing two different types of vegetables. For example, our soup was a Green Bean Coloring, Chicken Burgers, and Raw Vegetables blend. The chicken burgers were comprised of: Red Onion, Cherry Tomato, Cilantro, and Cayenne Pepper. For the green bean coloring, we included: Kale, Parsley, Cherry, Red Pea, Carrot, and Mesclun lettuce.

At first glance, the meal appeared to have little actual flavor, but when I tasted it, I was surprised at how much it tasted like the real deal. Although there were only four different items, each dish had a distinct flavor that was more powerful than the other. We even left a little part of the soup uncooked and used a teaspoon of fresh Cayenne pepper to make the Green Bean Coloring. Although we usually eat Trader Joe's Sautage benefit pack as directed, we made it a little healthier by adding a bit of the sauerkraut for a change of pace. Overall, Trader Joe's Sauerkraut is well worth a try. It is available at most all regular grocery stores and can easily be added to your regular diet.
